you have 2 options......you go to paypal and you get a donation button code that you add somewher on your website....and when someone donate you contact him and give the reward....

2nd option

you follow the tutorials on paypal to code your donation system with mySQL

The best way of doing this could be like after you have donated you will get a email with a code to put to the site and after that you will get a in game reward. I dont know how to do it though.
