    hmm. check the IPs in your .ini files. and the ip in your neuz.

    Configure your ini's file on the Program and script Folder.
    The IP's must match your Neuz.exe so that you can log-in.

    Every ini's and neuz.exe are setup correctly, any other option? IP: 127.0.0.1
