There never will be a ingame buffer for Caali Files. [I assume you're using Caali, cause i doubt that you can code]

A buffing NPC would work on Dragon source and the other sources, i guess.

I don't think you'll be able to do anything with the sources, if you don't have any C#/C++ knowledge.
