[Help] Registration Page

Ok so, I use the registration page.. and I tried with XAMPP or APPServ, I keep getting cannot connect to MSSQL server.. How can I fix that?

What should i use Xampp Wamp or Appserver?

with wamp nowit says MSSQL extension not enabled change in php.ini, i did, but still gives error??
