you must download a program with apache and then to open your ports
As DarkAngel suggested, you need a web server, i reccommend Xampp its pretty awsome, altho you obviously have mysql on your computer it would be redundant to have xampp at the same time as it includes mysql with it aswell but your call, can always redo your databases if youve done 0 modification to it that wasnt downloaded.Originally Posted by cuhel

when i double click char server it has a popup saying it cant start and it closes and does anyone have a guide for the web thing?
i will suggest you a easy program..
download the easyphp....
when you will installed it enable the apache from the toolbar then go to the www folder in your program's folder in program files and add your site files
or you can download xampp
do you got a guide on runing ether of them? >.<
At ragezone I never saw one but google is a good go.

it is an installation and then copy paste your files
i tryed but it keeps going to the page 127.0.0.1.com and i cant figerout how to make it my hamachi ip site thing
ok open the apache settings and you will find the line 127.0.0.0.1:80 change it to yourip:80
