[Help] Server Rates

I'd like to ask the Ragezone community, does anyone know how to change the exp, penya, and drop rate? Don't give me the search BS because I already did and found some people saying edit LuaEvent.func and it didn't work. Another person said edit Constant.inc and it didn't work. If it is indeed editing either of those files, did I edit it wrong? Please help. Will thank the first answer.
