[HELP] Server won't start (worldserver.exe)

Okay i have been trying to fix my server for 2 whole days and i keep getting the same error every time i start fresh and add new items and edit proptitem.txt etc (i use notepad++)

Now i'm still new and i have no idea what this means if it said something like propitem(***): ID 23452 not found etx i could fix it but this i have no idea.
