The toms antihack has to connect to 127.0.0.1 so change your real ip to that ip. Server_ip="127.0.0.1"

i tried Toms Free version's and it worked perfectly fine with me
Can you see some errors on your Command Prompt?

Try to check your Double check your config.ini you might have left some blanks on that area.
Actually I am using the latest version of Tom's Antihack '6.8.6' with no infiltration released by Tom94 here in RZ. But still I got both of this Errors.
