[Help]Wamp server

Hello people,
I'm trying to get my site online through a wamp server and no-ip.com host.
I already edited the httpd.conf in my wamp folder to the name of the domain or must i put in my ip? Anyway, i tested if my port 80 was open with canyouseeme.org and it said it was closed so i tried to change port 80 into 8080 I restarted everything but i still get the error: This webpage is not availlable.

What am i doing wrong? Help please (:

EDIT: and must i forward one of those ports?

You must forward port 80. After you forward port 80, make sure the php extensions for mssql pdo.mssql & somethingelse.mssql are both ticked.

I forwarded port 8080 edited the httpb.conf to -sitename-:8080 but it still does not work .____.
Any other suggestion to help me out? =/
