[help] Website making

I been searching for how to have website for my flyff server i see a lot of tutorials guide and files but non of them work for me, anyway i think the only problem i have is on config.php
$db = "flyff"; // mysql db. I dont have db on mysql named "flyff" and im using mssql im using Microsoft sql server 2005 but on config.php it say Mysql im a bit confused ?? and i also tried Storm cms didnt work. FYI i followed the instruction well and tried many times but no luck i tried some tut on youtube see something about odbc configuration but the video was not clear i have installed wamp server 2.0c and php 5.3.1 nothing work so im calling all expert to give me help very much appreciated if someone can make a tutorial step by step on website and how to make it work on MSSQL 2005 how to configure MSSQL to have the db to work with the config.php correct me if im wrong

Question 1 : do i need to create a DB name flyff on mssql
Question 2 : How to Create ?
Question 3 : Can you make it clear???

Personally, i think your trying to use a Mysql-coded register script, if thats the case, PM me and i'll give you mine.

to me, this script looks exactly like the one that (insert person's name here) made for V13 private servers.
