[HELP]when i click neuz nothing happned ! please help .

k i got the server files (virtous) on .

i opened all program to get on the server .

i go to client (i do anything with the res files all the files are need to be on the folder are in).
k i go to client and when i click on the neuz nothing happned ..
clicking and clicking and nothin no open it no any error just nothing hapnned .

please help
