Help with a world server bug flyff v15

i Just maded a flyff private server and when i try to connect to the world server it show me this "can;t connect to the game"
I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Are you sure you have loaded up all the servers in the correct order? Also, have you changed the ip addresses in the .ini files to 127.0.0.1?
