Help with logging in / world server

I need help with my server.
The problem I have with the server is that when the world starts, it takes a while to load. This is normal for the server. The problem is, My users have to login about 10-20 times for it to actually enter the world. Being a gm, I see the Tom's green text on the character screen popup, but then it gives the cannot connect to server error.

Anyone else have this error?

Have you added some custom things like fixing a new world or something? Cus sometime that might be the problem.. Idk what you have done and I don't know that much info please explain something more ;D

Custom icons ... for like master and hero/staff. Someone someone told me that might be the issue, but I dont know. dont have much time to post, heading out soon. I'll reply with a detailed response later. Cant figure out how to add custom maps, many failed attempts.

Try starting the server but with plain, fresh server files and see if they can enter (with plain files I mean the standard not-edited files).

If you need my help with adding a map, you can send me a PM since I've done it plenty of times.

Alright, I'm back now. My dedi's world server displays the following messeges
Startup phase - Sometimes blank w/ white // or [date] and a few lines down Profiler ON

I let it wait, it loads the world lists. Dedi is only 1gb ram, takes a while. I see the respawn:0 tick:x

I have to click on it for it to show the tick/frame rates

It seems that when I attempt to login multiple times I get a long list of numbers, such as 500, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, etc

CCU sets to 1, and tom's antihack says Client dropped / logged out when I try to login the first few times. I'm going to try the above method of the deleting the custom icons.

Alright I've been trying to find it this whole time, anyone know where the icons are located on the server?

Okay, I found how to update my clients with the new icons. The issue is still happening. The only files that are custom are maps that were there before (server didnt have this issue) and name colors. The guild name, when admin, also appears to a set name. These are the errors that I'm getting on starting the server:
