Help with this

I downloaded NPC_SHOP_EDITOR from a pack that contained many FlyFF tools.

But the tool I want to use (npc shop editor) doesnt work. At the start it gives error box saying: "Fehler beim Setzen der Daten f

If I remember good, you need to put the exe at NPCShops folder.
Anyways, this is about Caali's files since other emulations dont use NPC_SHOP_EDITOR.
And Caali's files are banned from here.

There was a tutorial about how to make custom shops, and then I tried to search for Resource editor, and found a package that contained many FlyFF tools, and also had this npc editor thingy inside it.
I asked from him/her help about it, but I dont think he/she does anymore check the post.

But arent just Caali files banned from this forums, not tools and etc for it?

Also if someone has better version of this NPC Editor, can you post it to me please?

EDIT: I am sure I am missing a file to use the program. I found a same kind of program to edit NPCs (not for caali), but it does the same that the old one did. But what all kind of files are required to use that program? C++ or something?
