My world server open and closes in a sec...i heard from a friend u needed 2GBs ram i have 1.50 i just wanna do somestuff before i put it on VPS

You have a wrong configuration i think, look in the error log.
It's not your computer/server at this moment.

Try to replace Masquerade.prj with the old 1, and is your MSSQL database without problems? Is the worldserver.ini in the folder script good configured? And if you're a Vista/Windows 7 user, start the worldserver as admin.

1.Where can i get an old one from

I assume you're using the v11 official files?

Change the IPs to 127.0.0.1 (assuming your database and your core server are all on the same server).

Make sure whenever you put in the databases you ran the second fix after executing character_01_dbf.sql.

And run the servers in this order:
Account
Certifier
Database
Core
Cache
Login
then World

I found out that they crash if you dont run them in this order. Witch is the order fame ran them. Account, Database, Core, Cert, Login, Cache and World server. The reason I know this is the order fame ran them is because I have the origianl release of them. Not these editted ones all over the forums.

Then my only guess is that your Masquerade.prj is corrupt
