If it is not working for you then maybe you are editing wrong values. Check whole file.

i changed it to 50 and changed drop rate and gold drop rate to 100\250 and still its on 1 i think cuz i get from aibats 700 penya and lvl 3...well not 1 but surly not 50 O_O

I did that and I saved and restarted the server, but it still says the rates are at 5x

I think the max it will say is 5X but it is actually more i set my penya drop to 50X and a small aibat drops 1000 penya.

I made penya drop 250x and aibat drops 700 O_O wtf

Set the rates in constant.inc to 1 first.

in constant.inc you need to make sure there is a section with _ENG in it then set the rates to what you want to be multiplied by (no more than 5 though) then go to event.lua and make and evnent which increases xp rate, eg if you want 10x exp then make an event with x2 xp so it will be x5 x x2 = x10
