JustHost.com is a nice site for hosting. I admit that 000website is a better value though (since it's free) XD I don't recommend hosting from your house since it's a security risk, which is hard to block out.

000webhost is useful for free hosting, even though it checks your site and sometimes it takes to long. I use their paid service.
