Not sure how, But mostly confident that you can change it in the source files :p

Hmm I think you're trying to say How to make items stack to x9999? Well, If you are, then yes you can! It's all in propItem.txt.
Make a backup of propItem.txt, just in case.
Then proceed ;
Step 1: Find the item row in excel(Recommended Microsoft Excel)
Step 2: Look at column "E" and change the value to 9999 of that item.
I think it's "E". I'll have to check later on. But try changing it and tell me if it works successfully.

Oh, I see what you're trying to say. Well, I'm not sure about that but a little suggestion. Try comparing the lines with your item to "Arrows". Why Arrows? Because I believe Arrows at max purchase is 9999.

I already have edited my items to stack up to 9999, but I need help how to make it able to buy 9999x at one time from a NPC :p Somebody knows how? :O
