How can i make my own website design i use wamp
Because i dont want to be a leecher, i want to try to make my own designs and stuff

You need to learn html, css and something like photoshop for banner, maybe button, etc. to make a layout that is nice for who look on it and for search engine/browsers.

If you want it just to look nice you could use DreamWeaver or similar, or even make the entire site using photoshop, fireworks or something.

I recommend the first way, it takes more time but you will have better ranking on search engines, if you need to make a more serious site you already know how, etc.
