How make website for offi with xampp

What can i tell you, you should use WAMP, and you have to set it up RIGHT, you can find one tutorial on Release Section.

And if you want to make a website, you need to master HTML, CSS, and you need to know abit of PHP.

Btw, dont look for any websites on release section ... because, if you dont know html, css and php, you just cant understand what is there, and you will mess up lots of things, and trust me, will be a pain in da but :O

Well, take WAMP, and go to learn HTML, CSS and PHP.
