How to ADD custom items/cs/etc in-game

I saw that there are loads of custom items made by other users and share in this section/others. It would be great to have them in a server like me but the problem is, I don't know how to add them. They only gave the links/model/files of the thing, it doesn't have any guide how to add it. So I would like to ask a question if someone could help me how to do this or if there's a tutorial for that, it would be great to share it to me by giving the link.

I am not looking for the one that puts an item in a NPC, just reminding.

My guide (the one Intelligence gave the link for) actually teaches you about the links between files for adding items.
