Google gave quite a few links upon searching I picked a random link for you to read over.

you don't need to do anything fancy like that you can simply run a update query in SQL,
use the ACCOUNT_DBF and UPDATE the dbo.ACCOUNT_TBL_DETAIL and set the "BlockTime" to some ungodly number from what I can recall been awhile since I've done anything with flyff source/SQL
