Well since I'm tired of servers complaining that there server is being crashed I'm releasing this guide on how to block it.
Step 1. Open Windows Firewall Start->Run->Type "FirewallSettings" with out the quotes and hit enter. Next make sure the firewall is Enabled if not then enable it.

Step 2. Go to the Exceptions tab and make sure that none of the servers are checked if they are then un-check them, now click
Add port...

when the box shows up fill it out like follows:
Then click OK and repeat for each of these,Code:Name: 23000 Port Number: 23000 Protocol: TCP

Code:Name: 28000 Port Number: 28000 Protocol: TCPAnd if your running a web server,Code:Name: 15400 Port Number: 15400 Protocol: TCP
Step 3. Make sure port 4001 is not allowed thru the firewall.Code:Name: 80 Port Number: 80 Protocol: TCP
Congrats you just blocked the port 4001 crash.
