So I can just change the percents on how fast I want each level to go? So lets say I want the levels to go 500x faster then normal, do I change them all to 500% ?

Well, it's like 0.25 per minute I guess, If you want 3% per minute it will be 3000, not sure though, How much you want per minute?I may try on my server and tell you
