The notice text you can edit in: \ClientFolder\Client\notice_ENG.inc. It might be in client.res

And for the shop, I'm not sure what you're trying to do there but it doesnt seem like its your own server. The shop is actually a web box; it simply displays a webpage therefore you cannot edit it client side.

If you do have an access to the source files, have a look at WebBox.cpp. I haven't look at this myself yet so I'm just shooting at the dark really.
