How to integrate regiser page into site?

Up until now I've been using my Hamachi IP address to access my register page (and WampServer), but I'd like to integrate it into my .net site.

For example, make it flyforfreedom.net/register.

I made the directory in FileZilla, and uploaded the files from the www folder in WampServer into the register directory. I edited config.php and changed my Hamachi IP to flyforfreedom.net. However, I realize you have to fool around with some MySQL stuff, so I made a MySQL database, and put the information in config.php. However, it still didn't work.

Is there something certain I have to do?

(And also, if you know: how do I configure my DNS so I can change my Hamachi IP in all my .ini files in the client, to flyforfreedom.net? Just so I don't have to use Hamachi [looks a lot more professional]. And please don't say 'google it', because I've tried and didn't find any information that's been any help).
