How to IP ban?

Can somebody teach me how to IP ban a player? I found him duplicating and violating lots of rules. Please give me a hand.

or you can ban the ip through the server files themselves.
Open IPCut.ini and put his IP in it. Example:

192.168.2.1-192.168.2.1

Or for a range of ip addresses

192.168.2.0-192.168.2.255

You can also ban them from having any access to your server at all (meaning website too).

Eh I wouldnt bother banning someone from website. Http://HideMyAss.com , Tntproxy.com, And OHH So many more.

There's no point of IP Ban, Its eazy bypassable, specially with VPN :)

I agree with this. I'd recommend 'IP Security Policies' on Windows 2003 Server and 'Windows Firewall with Advanced Security' on Windows Server 2008.

IP banning via IPCut.ini will only block them from the FlyFF server and not the rest of the server itself.

If you're going to go that way, just get a hardware firewall and ban the ip from that, even more secure >__>;
