how to make CS seller

I was looking but couldn't really find a guide on how to make a CS seller where I can put items in (Change price ect)
I need help on how to make one, I have an NPC already made for it, I just need to know how to add the items in.

Or is it possible that someone can send me a file where it has the NPC with the items already in it with the basic stuff pservers have like spros..4m gpros 5mil with CS sets too.

I tried his guide, and followed through but I couldn't find the actual stuff I needed like Spros or any of that, the propitem.txt only listed the weapons and armor

Then you need to download new repacks, to get the new files.
