    How to patch editings??

    Hi,

Recently I've made a v14 Pserver on my pc and everything works well. The problem is that.. once i try to edit things and start the server up, example:I edited the glow effect which was normally blue to a red glow and saved it, I still have the same blue glow instaed of the red one.I'm not using a game launcher, but a neux batch file to start the server. Nothing's getting patched, instead i start with a screen.
So.. could anyone tell me how to patch/upload or update my editings to see the results in game with some kind of launcher or patcher?
Btw the Pserver is just on my pc, it's not aired (no website, no hamachi or w/e, just personal).

Only if those files are in the patcher's server directory. Otherwise, no.

You're prolly doing something wrong. Give us a bit more detail and we can prolly help you better.

    If that's the case...

@OP, see that little option that says Save? Use it pl0x. :3

Just kidding, and all jokes aside, you might also be saving it in the wrong format or perhaps you didn't save it to the right place or saved it as a different name from the original. You have to overwrite the original file, but it's always better to make backups of that kinda stuff just in case something goes horribly wrong!

    That might be your issue.

I actually have saved it, the problem is that i do not have a patcher as i already described in my first post. It means that i do not have a start button. For example: when you double client flyff, the 2nd screen won't have a launcher right? My quetion actually is... do i need a launcher/patcher to get my *saved* editings to work? or just save it in the files where the edits should belong in and that's it?

I have saved it perfectly and nothing's wrong with the glow editing, it just doesn't appear in my Pserv, which i find very weird...
