ok so i'm a newbie on making FlyffServer :') but i'm getting used to it, i tried to make my server just a whileago, i'm using Max98 Files.

So here are my problems i hope you can help me :')

THANKS PUFFIE! i already solved some of my problems :') but (BELOW) are some problems i can't solve ATM.


1. Hmm so this is my problem for example (I teleported to the Arena, Players,NPCS's are GONE i can't see them but they can see me) i need to relog in order to see them again, and when i go out of the arena same problem NPC's are Gone so are the characters. Please help me!

2. and kindly help me with this? (ex. i wan't "IS" to sell some Unique Stuffs and wanted to make it as for example Happy Heart how can i edit the price of the item to HappyHeart instead of Penya? for RedChips its CR on MSEXCEL right? kindly help me please!)


EDIT : Ok so i tried to Replace my WdMadrigal Folder with another one and stil the same when i enter Arena and go out NPC's are gone i need to go to north/east flaris and return to Central for the NPC's to re-spawn again, any solutions? suggestions?

EDIT : I tried to change my client but still doesn't work any suggestions guys?.

EDIT : Ok so i tried Blessed's Source and it has the same problem i used different kind of Client on each file Max's and Blessed's and it has the same bug for me IDK what is happening here, IDK how to fix it now, any idea's on where this bug might be coming from?

2. Its client-sided problem. You don't have all texture files in your Model\Texture or Model\TextureLow or Model\TextureMid foldef

3. Its source-sided problem. You must learn how to code some things in C++ to be able to repair that bug. There a few tutorials here, it isn't really hard to fix.

4. Add those images to Theme\Default or Theme\English folder.

Thanks! your answer really gives me an idea on how to fix it ;') but one thing, yeah i did put it on my resource folder but it still doesn't work.

1. I don't really have idea why it's happening. Try to use same client which are used by another players.

2. About Happy Heart, in Resource files is especially made app to exchange Happy Hearts to items. About normal shop, that uses Happy Heart instead of Penyas, you must rewrite Red Chip things which are in source of server. I've done in-game premium shop thing by doing this. If you want edit Is to sell items by Red Chips, putSetVenderType(1); under AddMenu( MMI_TRADE ); and change all AddVendorItem to AddVenderItem1 in character.inc in MaFl_Is function, then change Red Chips prices in propItem.txt.

Try to jump after leaving arena and tell me what effects you have.

i have the same problem on max98 files.

I tried that but nothing happens NPC's players doesn't show up i need to go to a place where i'm out of their vision then return to central flarine and poof they are there again xD, and on Arena upon entring sometimes i can see them but sometimes i can't, they can see me but i can't see them i need to be out of their vision and return in order for me to see them or relog-in in order to see them.

I Hope Some1 Can Give me a hint on where the problem is.

It's just a supposition, but if you have the same problem with two different sources, you can try to change your DB.

Hmm Good Idea, Let me try it i'm using 2005 though should i use the latest version?

Maybe it's better if someone share their fixed files, uploading it and sharing the link here in RageZone. That would be much easier because 1/4 of the newbies don't know how to fix their own servers because of non C++ learners.
