How to Transfer MS QL database to another PC MS QL Server

I want to know an effective way or the safest way to transfer your database to another pc server.

What am i going to transfer?
1. ACCOUNT_DBF
2. CHARACTER_01_DBF (im confused with this because it has CHARACTER_01_DBF.MDF)
