1st i think thair arn't any v 13 files out yet or in development... i think
2nd uhm you prob mean caali files? thair version 6/11 if im not wrong. use rhisis,morpheus instead. or make own files
3rd wait for v 14 files ? someone is working on that.

there are v13 files and they are indeed the official galanet ones floating around on the web, but there is no database as far as i know well not completed anyway
