    Im Really Confused..

I'm really confused if i'm not mistaken Propitem.txt is from v15? or 17? and Spec_Item.txt is from v18? am i right?

So what is the advantage of using specitem instead of propitem?

What shall i do to convert my Propitem into Specitem?

What shall i do in order for my client to read SpecItem instead of propitem?

To make it simple, simply rename propItem.txt to Spec_Item.txt and repack your res.

I think it will not work ? Spec_Item.txt and propItem.txt is not the same. Spec is more longer that propitem.

Propitem.txt and Spec_item.txt are the same files.

When v17 was released the Propitem.txt was changed to Spec_item.txt. It has the same functions, and is basically the same file.

It is the same, Spec_Item.txt has a larger file size compared to propItem.txt it's because the Spec_Item is the most updated which has more strings than the old propItem.txt but basically they're just the same.

That's your 3rd post like that, on the same subject. Stop confusing people even more than they already are.

Spec_Item has more fields at the end, so it's not the same. If you simply rename propItem to spec_item, you will get bunch of errors because that's not how it was meant to be read, unless you add a support for these extra fields in the source.

The stuff in red is how Spec_Item differs from propItem (scroll down to the very bottom):
