Increase the level cap.

Hi hi there,
I was wondering how's possible to increase the cap level to 129,
maybe there's a way to do with v14 files/database.
I checked everyfiles and can notice they don't fix the max level.

Maybe some of you wondered how to do and found a way.
Or some of you got an idea ...

Most likely it's hard coded into the server files and Neuz.

It's possible that it could be in the server lua files (I doubt it'd be in any of the resource files).
