Instant GM

Hello ;)

I have a problem, I'm using official V15 files & Toms Antihack, but everyone who registers get access too all the GM commands.
In the database it still says that everyone has authority F, so I guess it isnt a database thing.
adminlist.txt in Toms Antihack also is empty, so what could the problem be?:O

Register already checked, nothing wrong with it

if it's not the register, it's something in your source files.

I changed a stored procedure, the server is running fine now. Thanks for trying too help ;)
