instant teleport

hi guy I would like to know how can have instant teleport and quickly climb motorcycle please help

Open your world.ini and change the following:

use_item_cooldown=1
use_item_casting_timers=1

to:

use_item_cooldown=0
use_item_casting_timers=0

[Basically just change the 1's to 0's. (1 = Enabled / 0 = Disabled)]
