Just some little problems :p

Hello Ragezoners :D
I have a collection of some problems in my pserver:

1/ When I open my DatabaseServer.exe It shows me an error message " Echec de chargement de GuildHouse " ( In english, Error while loading guildhouse I guess ) How to fix that?

2/ I added the item Scroll of Amplification S to a NPC shop but In game the item is duplicated x 5
Same thing for Scroll of amplification P, Q, R and V

3/ Could someone please pass me the file that manage the instances ( I guess InstanceDungeonBase.lua ) with full v19 instances included ?

4/ Every hour my character recives a gift in his mailbox . How Can I modify this event ( the gift , the period between two gifts ) while it's not included in my EventFunc.lua?

5/ I want to make my server online and I'm trying to avoid Hamachi and no-ip ( low security ) and for free So what do you suggest?

NOTE: I'm using LTD 5.1 files
