Loginserver Cannot connect

Hi i just finished portforwarding the ports 15400,23000,28000, and 80.. I also finish making an account on No-ip and made a domain name (lgflyff.no-ip.org ) also when i put it on my address bar it gives me my router setting page. I also edited my AccountServer.ini and put my ip adress on where my 127.0.0.1 used to be. Also I changed the Addcache ("MYIP") on the Loginserver.ini.
My problem is can't get past the log in server(where i choose the channel 1-1 after i click next it says "Cannot connect to the Server Check Network") I am able to log in but not past the log in server :( does anyone know a fix to this? Thanks guys
