Looking for help with my Website + Creating Accounts [v15]

Hi everyone!

Im having some issues with creating an account, and, im confused on somethings with Xampp, for my website.

First Off:
Creating an account seems to be different then creating one on a v14 server with SQL. So if anyone could give me a guide/tellme that would help me create an account, that would be appreciated. :D

Secondly:
Im confused with using Xampp.
Things Im confused about:
A. Is MySql the same as SQL Server Management Studio Express
B. What are the different things on the Xampp control panel used for?
C. I download 2FastForYou's website 'template' and I was wondering how I get that to work with Xampp.

Help is appreciated! (I won't forget to thank the helpers. :P)

kk first of all about v15 registeration there is not good v15 script that works properly so u can download any v15 script and edit it. Secondly, no Mysql is not same as Microsoft sql (Also Called Mssql) so u cannot run official files on mysql u need mssql. kk Xampp is a program that u host website with it can be used to host website, u can connect to phpmyadmin to use mysql and much more. and to host ur site u need to put the web files in Htdocs folder and open control Panel and u need to install Apache by clicking little box on the left os SVC and after u see a little tick mark then u can press start in Apache row and when u see a little text saying running that means u can view site now. Then to view ur site u need to type in ur ip or http://127.0.0.1 (localhost and others cannot see ur site using local) and bascially thats it. If u need help feel free to pm me or ask me here :)

I just edited my original v14 reg script to work for my v15 server plus there are a bunch of register threads.
