Make new Lightning card

I have created new armor piercing cards, with double effects of normal 7% so it gives 14%. But when I put on suit the effect does not show nor does it work. It just says 1/1 on suit.

Anyone know how to fix problem? Source edit maybe?

I don't really know anything about this but try looking for LIGHTING in propItem.txt, propItem.txt.txt, propItemEtc, propItemEtc.txt.txt, defineItem and defineItem1. Try to figure out how it works.
