Making a v14 server...

Hi everyone.

Recently I used this video to learn how to make a v14 private server:

I did everything correctly on all parts of the tutorial but it seemed that the tutorial part 5 finished suddenly. Idk what the heck to do I've turned on all the servers (account,database, world server etc) and tried running the .bat files that already came with it but once it opened, it closed. I'm not really sure what to do now because I've capped my broadband so i cant really download anything anymore. Any help would be appreciated (btw im new with the whole developing servers)
