maybe a nooby question, but help

i have maybe a nooby question:

but can someone tell me how i can make a ''GOOOOOOD'' private server without bugs?

i wanna change some skills / worlds / weapons / etc.

but every time when i make a pserver with guides, i get ALOT of bugs.
i can't fix they

so i wanna ask, if someone can help me about this?

i know its a noob question but wanna know ^^

maybe some of you guys can't but i hope there is someone who can

First of all, find a source which you would prefer best.
Second, somehow learn to understand the syntax of C++.
Third, read the source, understand how the functions are being implemented and how it goes bla bla bla.


In that way, you'll know or have an idea what's the cause of the error and then try to fix it, trial in error will meet you.
Takes time to learn this stuff though if you're not much that dedicated, but patience is a virtue my friend. :3

He says he can't edit weapons and you suggest him to start learning how the source works, that certainly helps.

I learned how to fix errors by reading it and trying understand it and re-doing my edit. If you can't figure it out, search the web.

He also said a good server without bugs, you cant just simply fix random bugs in the RESOURCE, it's limited. That's why I told him to use a source if he want's to fix those bugs properly.
