Yes but the dwExpValue table is blank..

No, it isn't.

If you use Notepad to change it then its not all ligned up.

If you want to change it use Excell or something simulair

I don't have excel, trying to download it and it's not free all the download links are for money .-.

Open Office Calculator works just as fine as an Excel alternative.

Or, even counting spaces in Notepad works.

I made it with excel, i found the exp table with the exp codes but when i save it saves with . (.xlsx) how to save it to .txt?

Uhhh .... Save As -> .txt (Text Delimited)

Have you never used a computer before?
