Is there a way to define a new MOTD / Welcome Message when logging in on the Official Files?

You mean the message that appear when you log in?
Go to your flyff folder/Client/Notice_ENG and edit it

The Message when you login on the Chat Screen.
Most of servers have something like "Welcome to ... "
