MSSQL Errors [Need Help]

I am kinda newbie on making flyff server.. thats why I am having error at the "Restoring .bak" part.

-After Adding all .bak files before I restore them.
This happen after click OK at the "Specify backup" window.



-Then I tried it one by one


I am using 2 tutorials
