MSSQL --> webCreateAcc can't insert?

Hello people,

Can someone help me ?
Im using this script for my registerpage. ( See 2nd Script)
But when I want to inset it in my db Ill get the error:

Msg 208, Level 16, State 6, Procedure webCreateAcc, Line 22
Invalid object name 'dbo.webCreateAcc'.

Look like the stored procedure "webCreateAcc" as never been created.So try changing

ALTER PROCEDURE [dbo].[webCreateAcc]

for

CREATE PROCEDURE [dbo].[webCreateAcc]


Cause at the moment, by "Altering", you are trying to edit a none-existant Stored procedure.


I'm not so sure about it tough, since the error is spotted on line 22.
