Multiple connections from one account.

I'm just wondering how it's done. Is anyone aware of the option to disable the the prohibitation that restricts you from connecting multiple times from the same account? I know this is possible, I've seen it done on one server, until the owner disabled it after catching on.

Since I lack the ability to get my server running publically to log on a second separate account to conduct my PvP tests, maybe it would just be easier to allow many connections from the same account?
