My Neuz.exe keeps crashing....

No matter what i do I always end up with errors at the character selection. I have tried multiple clients (v11, v12...), multiple .res files, multiple neuz.exes, multiple server files (rhisis, osaflyff, *cough* caali *cough*). I dont have any problems with compiling, configuring and running the server or the DB. But when i connect, create a character and try to connect it hangs at Connecting for a while then it crashes and gives a runtime error, no error in the server exes. Are there any secret res files or something i am missing? Any help greatly appreciated.

Because you need a new nuez.exe
