MySQL Problem

each time i try to do MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizard it always get an error on Apply security Settings

a screenshot has been added of the error i get

open the instance manager and stop the instance if there is a current one
unistall mysql and delete the folder
go in control panel/admin tools/services and find mySQL 5.1 and delete it
reboot your computer and reinstall mysql and it will work
