I have already my own flyff server working on three local workstations but can't share unto my friends (cannot connect to the server)

Guys I need help on how to (steps):
1. Publicly Establish my Flyff Server
- i have tried using the IP given by WhatismyIP but no luck
2. Create Account Creator
